Machen Sie dies in allen Arten von Meetings, unabh\u00e4ngig von der Zielsetzung, den Inhalten, der Bezeichnung und den Teilnehmern. Dazu z\u00e4hlen folgende Elemente:<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Definieren Sie ein klares Ziel. Welche Ergebnisse sollen am Ende des Meetings vorliegen, welche Resultate erwarten Sie?<\/li>\n<li>Strukturieren Sie das Meeting nach Themen, Informations-, Ideenentwicklungs-, Entscheidungsphasen. Wer hat welche Rollen, wie teilen Sie die zur Verf\u00fcgung stehende Zeit auf? Was kann in Form von Vorab-Informationen aus der kostbaren Meeting-Zeit ausgelagert werden? Ist es sinnvoll, die Teilnehmer mittels Vorbereitungsauftrag auf das Meeting oder einzelne Themenbereiche zu sensibilisieren bzw. vorzubereiten?<\/li>\n<li>Insbesondere bei Meetings, in denen Entscheidungen getroffen werden, beeinflusst die Reihenfolge der Argumentationen bzw. der Redner\/Pr\u00e4sentatoren immer wieder die Entscheidungen. Gestalten Sie deshalb im Vorfeld die Meeting-Dramaturgie. Welche Reihenfolge der Argumentationskette ist sinnvoll, wer sind die Teilnehmer, welche Rollen haben diese (z.B. Unterst\u00fctzer, Informationsgeber, Beeinflusser, Entscheider)?<\/li>\n<li>Sichern Sie die erforderlichen organisatorischen Rahmenbedingungen.
